CAC helps farmers who are members of farming co-ops to develop businesses that add value to raw agricultural produce. In this case, rather than sending freshly-picked chillies to the market for sale, CAC helped farmers setup a chill-processing facility to convert their chillies into food products that they can sell for more money. This increases the profits the farmers get from their crop and can potentially generate employment opportunities in the village.
